ENLEKTURER Journal's Review Policy includes the following stages:

1. Manuscripts submitted will undergo a review process by assigned reviewers.
2. The review process follows a Double-Blind Review, where reviewers do not know the identity of the authors, and authors are unaware of the reviewers' identities.
3. During the review process, reviewers assess the coherence between the title, abstract, discussion (research findings), and conclusion. Additionally, they evaluate novelty, scientific impact, and the references used in the article.

Editorial Responsibilities:

1. The editor is responsible for deciding which articles are eligible for publication through the editorial board's meetings. The editor adheres to the journal's editorial policy and is bound by legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.
2. The acceptance of articles is based on equal treatment principles.
3. During the journal review process and decision-making on publication, the editorial team does not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political ideology of the authors.
4. The editor and editorial team will not disclose any information about the submitted manuscripts or articles without the author's permission.
5. Manuscripts (articles) that are not published after submission will not be used for the editor's research and will be returned to the authors directly.

Reviewer Responsibilities:

Reviewers assist the editor in making editorial decisions on the submitted manuscripts/ articles.

1. Reviewers are responsible for providing recommendations for the reviewed articles.
2. The review process is conducted objectively, supported by clear arguments.
3. Reviewers are responsible for citing, referencing, and detecting plagiarism in the reviewed articles.
4. Reviewers maintain the confidentiality of information for personal gain.

Author Responsibilities:

1. Authors must present their thoughts or research findings in the article clearly, honestly, and without plagiarism or data manipulation.
2. Authors are responsible for confirming the accuracy of the submitted article.
3. Authors must comply with publication requirements such as originality, non-plagiarism, and not having been published in other journals or publications.
4. Authors must provide references for opinions and works of others that are cited in their article.
5. Authors must write the manuscript or article ethically, honestly, and responsibly, following the applicable scientific writing regulations.
6. Authors are prohibited from submitting/publishing the same article in more than one journal or publication.
7. Authors do not object to their manuscript being edited without changing the substance or main ideas of the writing.

Publisher Responsibilities:

1. Enlightment Publishing and Ilmu Komunikasi, as the publisher of ENLEKTURER Journal, are responsible for publishing articles after going through editing, peer review, and layout processes in accordance with the journal's publication rules.
2. Enlightment Publishing, as the publisher of ENLEKTURER Journal, ensures academic freedom for editors and reviewers in carrying out their respective duties.
3. Enlightment Publishing, as the publisher of ENLEKTURER Journal, is responsible for safeguarding privacy, protecting intellectual property and copyrights, and ensuring editorial freedom.

Kebijakan Review yang dijalankan oleh jurnal ENLEKTURER meliputi tahap-tahap sebagai berikut:

1. Naskah yang masuk akan diproses untuk review oleh reviewer.
2. Proses Review menggunakan Doubble Blind Review, artinya reviewer tidak mengetahui indentitas penulis, dan penulis pun tidak mengetahui identitas reviewer.
3. Dalam proses review, reviewer memberi pertimbangan terkait dengan kesesuaian selingkung antara judul, abstrak, pembahasan (hasil temuan) dan kesimpulan. Selain itu reviewer juga memberi pertimbangan terkait dengan kebaruan, dampak ilmiah dan referensi yang digunakan.

 

Tanggungjawab Editor

1. Editor bertanggungjawab dalam memutuskan artikel yang layak dipublikasikan melalui rapat dewan redaksi. Editor dipandu oleh kebijakan dewan editorial jurnal dan dibatasi oleh persyaratan hukum yang berlaku mengenai pencemaran nama baik, pelanggaran hak cipta dan plagiarisme.
2. Dalam proses penerimaan artikel, tim editor berasaskan pada asas kesamaan perlakuan.
3. Dalam proses review jurnal dan pengambilan keputusan publikasi (artikel), tim editor tidak membedakan ras, jenis kelamin, agama, etnis, kewarganegaraan, atau ideologi politik penulis.
4. Editor dan tim editorial tidak akan mengungkapkan setiap informasi tentang naskah atau artikel yang masuk kecuali atas izin penulisnya.
5. Naskah (artikel) yang tidak diterbitkan setelah diajukan tidak akan digunakan oleh penelitian editor sendiri dan akan dikembalikan langsung kepada penulisnya.

 

Tanggungjawab Reviewer

Reviewer membantu editor dalam membuat keputusan editorial terhadap naskah/artikel yang masuk

1. Reviewer bertanggungjawab terhadap rekomendasi arikel yang direview
2. Review  naskah dilakukan secara obyektif, serta didukung oleh argumentasi yang jelas.
3. Reviewer bertanggungjawab terhadap kutipan, referensi, dan plagiarisme atas artikel yang direview.
4. Reviewer menjaga kerahasiaan informasi untuk keuntungan pribadi.

 

 Tanggungjawab Penulis

1. Penulis harus menyajikan artikel hasil pemikiran atau penelitiannya secara jelas, jujur, dan tanpa plagiasi, dan manipulasi data.
2. Penulis bertanggungjawab atas konfirmasi yang diajukan atas artikel yang telah ditulis.
3. Penulis harus mematuhi persyaratan publikasi berupa orisinalitas karya, tidak plagiat, dan belum pernah diterbitkan di jurnal atau publikasi lain.
4. Penulis harus menunjukkan rujukan dari pendapat dan karya orang lain yang dikutip
5. Penulis harus menulis naskah atau artikel secara etis, jujur dan bertanggung jawab, sesuai dengan peraturan kepenulisan ilmiah yang berlaku.
6. Penulis dilarang mengirimkan/menerbitkan artikel yang sama ke lebih dari satu jurnal atau publikasi.
7. Penulis tidak berkeberatan jika naksah mengalami penyuntingan tanpa mengubah subtansi atau ide pokok tulisan.

 

 Tanggungjawab Penerbit (Publisher)

1. Enlightment Publishing dan Ilmu Komunikasi sebagai penerbit jurnal ENLEKTURER  bertanggungjawab menerbitkan artikel yang setelah melalui proses editing, peer review, layout sesuai dengan aturan penerbitan Jurnal Ilmiah.
2. Enlightment Publishing sebagai penerbit jurnal ENLEKTURER  bertanggungjawab menjamin kebebasan akademik bagi para editor dan reviewer dalam menjalankan tugasnya maisng-masing.
3. Enlightment Publishing  sebagai penerbit jurnal ENLEKTURER  bertanggungjawab menjaga privasi dan melindungi kekayaan intelektual dan hak cipta, dan kebebasan editorial.
